(Finance) – The Board of Directors of BPM deskwhich met today, under the chairmanship of Massimo Tononi, taking into account the preliminary and propositional activity carried out by the Appointments Committee, unanimously approved, and therefore in compliance with the qualified majority envisaged by the Articles of Association, to present, its list of no. 15 candidates for the position of director for the financial years 2023-2025which will be submitted to the next shareholders’ meeting in view of the renewal of the members of the expiring corporate bodies.
The list consists of the following names: Massimo Tononi (president), Giuseppe Castagna (managing director), Maurizio Comoli (vice-president), Mario Anolli, Paolo Bordogna, Paola Ferretti, Marina Mantelli, Chiara Mio, Alberto Oliveti, Eugenio Rossetti, Manuela Soffientini, Luigia Tauro, Carlo Frascarolo, Costanza Torricelli and Giovanna Zanotti.
