(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Creactives Group’s debut at Piazza Affari has been postponed by a few days, a Veronese company that develops artificial intelligence technologies in the field of the Supply Chain. The expected date of admission is now February 3, 2023, while it was initially scheduled for February 28, with the start of negotiations in the following days.
This is learned from the update of the pre-admission communication at Borsa Italiana. The listing process is handled by MIT SIM (which plays the role of Euronext Growth Advisor).
The Veronese company is already listed on the multilateral trading facility (MTF) of the Vienna Stock Exchange and is now implementing a dual listing on Euronext Growth Milan – Segmento Professionale (EGM PRO).
