The Russian robot attack on the railway station in Kramatorsk in eastern Ukraine last April was a war crime.
According to the human rights organization Human Rights Watch’s report, it is likely that the robot – with cluster munitions – was fired from Russian-controlled territory.
The railway station in Kramatorsk was full of people fleeing the Russian invasion when the attack came. According to Ukrainian authorities, 61 people were killed and close to two hundred were injured.
