Five new Playstation VR2 games were announced at the State of Play presentation last night.
Sony gave details about the State of Play presentation in its statement yesterday and mentioned that new Playstation VR2 games will be announced for the presentation held last night. As announced, new virtual reality lake-focused games developed by Sony partner companies have been announced.
Five new Playstation VR2 games announced at State of Play presentation
The release date of most of the announced games has been given as 2023. When we look at the genres, we see that some of the games we have seen before, apart from the action, have also been signed in VR versions. The announced games are as follows;
Foglands
Foglands will be a production that has a wild west theme and combines the Sci-Fi genre and the Roguelike genre. In the game developed by an independent studio called Well Told, we will fight different enemies and try to escape from the fog that covers the whole land.
Green Hell VR
In the VR version of the game, which we have seen in the PC version before, we will encounter a similar type of gameplay. In the production where we control Jake Higgins, we will try to survive in the Amazon Jungle. The game is scheduled to be released at the end of this year.

Synapse, which was developed by the team that previously signed the VR game nDreams, will appear as a shooter game in which we have telekinesis powers. It has been announced that the game will be released at the end of this year.
Journey to Foundation
In this game, inspired by Isac Asimov’s world-famous novel The Foundation, we will have the chance to witness some events in the Foundation Universe. It has been announced that the game will be released in the fall.
Before Your Eyes VR
Released in 2021 and embracing many awards, including the BAFTA awards, Before Your Eyes VR version is coming for PS VR2 on March 10. The production, which will tell an emotional story to the players, also managed to attract attention with its different gameplay style.
