Season 28 is about to start in Diablo 3. We show you the season theme and important changes in the short overview.
When does it start? The new Season 28 starts today, February 24th, at 5:00 p.m. German time on the PC. PlayStation and Xbox players had to wait until 2am for the last season to start.
What changes are there? The biggest highlight of the new season is likely to be the Altar of Rites. A kind of large skill tree where you can choose between 29 powers. Each individual seal requires the use of materials to unlock them. In return, your character will become stronger or you will receive quality-of-life improvements such as companions that collect the breath of death for you.

There is also the new Archaic Ashes, which you can obtain from Archaic items and then use them in Kanai’s Cube.
