The incident occurred last fall and according to the indictment, the Eskilstuna resident was kept in the apartment through threats and violence. Among other things, he allegedly received a blow to the head with the back of a knife.
According to the indictment, the man was then forced to accompany the perpetrators to two ATMs and withdraw over SEK 11,000 for them.
Both defendants, who are suspected of kidnapping and robbery, deny the crime. Among the evidence is a surveillance video.
