RealityOS for Apple spotted Will the future of the company

It has been talked about for a long time that Apple will release a mixed reality headset. There is even an expectation that this title will be introduced this year. However, it is said that this title, which can play VR / AR content, may not be released until 2023. However, the developers made some discoveries about the “realityOS” operating system that could power it.

APPLE-FOCUSED REALITYOS DISCOVERY! iOS BASED…

New references have been found in Apple’s App Store install logs and Apple open source code for “realityOS”, the AR/VR operating system that will power the mixed reality headset, according to the developers. RealityOS (rOS) is reportedly based on iOS.

It’s no surprise that the Apple-signed AR/VR headset is called “rOS” or “realityOS”, which stands for Reality Operating System. That’s because Apple runs the Apple TV with tvOS, it runs Macs with macOS, and it runs the Apple Watch with watchOS. So it looks like rOS or realityOS could power Apple’s mixed reality headset, due to Apple’s operating system naming scheme.

APPLE’S VIRTUAL STEP

It has previously been suggested that Apple is working on at least two AR projects, which include an augmented reality (AR) headset that will launch in late 2022 or 2023, followed by an augmented reality glasses that will launch at a later date.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had claimed that Apple’s headset will feature two M1-style Apple silicon chips that provide Mac-level computing power and offer switching between AR and VR modes.

In some claims, it was mentioned that Apple wanted to create an App Store for the title, focused on games, video and video conferencing.
