The decision to abandon the location was taken in consultation with the owner of the plot, housing corporation Woonin and private initiator Muis. “The parties involved regret the loss of the location as a flexible place because there is a great need for homes that will become available in the short term,” the council said. “Flex housing can be used to accommodate status holders, Ukrainian refugees and emergency seekers, among others, which creates more room on the housing market elsewhere.”
