An earthquake measuring 5.7 occurred in southwestern Romania.
The European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) announced that the epicenter of the earthquake was 73 kilometers northeast of the city of Drobeta-Turnu Severin.
No loss of life or property has been reported so far in the 5.7 magnitude earthquake, the depth of which was determined to be 40 kilometers.
It is recorded that the earthquake was also felt in some countries in the region, including Serbia. (AA)
