After years of postponements in all directions, to the point of having become one hell of an Arlesian in the industry, Dead Island 2 is over! In a press release sent by Deep Silver, we learn that the Dambuster studio has finally completed development and that the game has therefore gone Gold. A step taken that will allow the title to go to the factory to print its cakes and also land in online stores. As a result, the publisher and the studio have decided to bring the release date forward by a good week, which means that Dead Island 2 is now expected for April 21, 2023, instead of the initial April 28. It remains to be seen now if the quality is there and if the game has not suffered too much from its 10 years of chaotic production with studio changes in all directions. Answer in a few months…
You asked for it, you got it. Dead Island 2 went gold and it’s coming out a week early.
