It all unfolded at the end of August last year. The resident was aggressive and the staff would move the resident to the bed using a lift. After that, the person was hanging in the lift between 60 and 90 minutes, the municipality writes in its report. The staff looked after the resident in the meantime.
According to the municipality, the resident was subjected to suffering and abusive treatment through an unauthorized coercive measure.
The personnel involved in the incident are no longer working at the site.
