(Finance) – In today’s meeting the Interministerial Committee for Economic Planning and sustainable development (CIPESS), chaired by the Minister of Giancarlo Giorgetti, with the participation of the Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council Alessandro Morelli, approved a series of measures on infrastructure, health, post-earthquake reconstruction.
“With a certain pride today we are completing a series of requests that come from the territories, starting with the theme of infrastructures on the Verona pro-road system”, said the Seighth secretary Morellirecalling that the Verona project dates back to 1986.
About the infrastructurethe Committee has approved theincrease in the state subsidy for the realization of trolleybus system of Verona up to an amount of approximately 92.38 million euros, reapproved the final design of a section of the Piedmontese foothills for the sole purpose of defining the new spending limit n approximately 384.45 million euros, approved the final design of the Bari Centrale railway station (extra-urban bus parking in the former “Officine Rialzo” railway area – via Capruzzi with a spending limit of approximately 6.4 million euros).
Within HealthCIPESS has approved the I’m leaving between the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces of financial availability for the National Health Service (SSN) of the year 2022, amounting to a total of 125 billion euros, already net of the sum of 764 million euros to be allocated to the Fund for the contribution to the reimbursement to the Regions of the expenses incurred for the purchase of innovative drugs. The CIPESS has then approved the assignment to the Regions with ordinary statute and to the Sicilian Region of 820 million euros from restricted resources the achievement of priority objectives of national importance for the year 2022 and 680 million euros for other purposes such as, among others, the contribution to the financing of the Fund for the purchase of innovative medicines and the financing of one additional remuneration in favor of pharmacies for the reimbursement of medicines supplied under the NHS regime.
“There are various informative of the various Ministries”, recalls Morelli, specifically citing an update on the activities of the commissioner of the Metro C in Romeregarding the variants of the “Fori imperiali” and “Piazza Venezia” stations, and the theme of green guarantees issued by SACE.
In fact, CIPESS was informed on the state of implementation of the resolutions regarding SACE’s green activities. “In 2022, resolutions were taken no. 248 guarantees – reads the press release – for a total funding equal to euro 4,268 million it’s a guaranteed commitment equal to euro 2,969 million. At the product sector level, the transactions issued mainly concern the infrastructure and construction sector (46%) and renewable energies (25%), while at the level of the environmental objective pursued, most of the transactions refer to the objective of climate change mitigation. From the start of operations (December 2020) to 31 December 2022, 334 transactions have been approved, for a financed amount of €8,749m and a guaranteed commitment of €5,283m”.
