An explosion occurred during the night of Wednesday at a company building in Helsingborg, the police say.
The alarm came in at 01:21 and an entrance has been blown up.
There are no reports of personal injuries.
The police have blocked off while waiting for bomb technicians.

Police hunt for suspected thief
A police patrol in Handen, south of Stockholm, was stopped a few minutes after midnight by a private person who saw a burglary in progress in the area.
The police searched during the night for the suspected burglar. According to witnesses, a helicopter also took part in the operation.
– We are tracking but dogs and have got grain on a suspect, says Jens Mårtensson, police officer on duty.
Tax officers walked around in underpants – can be fired
A tax officer in Central Sweden is accused of repeatedly walking around in his underpants, despite protests from managers and colleagues, reports the Siren news agency.
The man is said to have been in the office outside of his working hours and several times to have been caught wearing only underpants, which created discomfort in the workplace, according to a manager.
The man is also said to have made a large number of unauthorized data entry into the authority’s IT system.
Now he has been reported and risks being fired.

A large demonstration against President Macron was organized in Paris on Tuesday, TT reports.
750,000 demonstrators are said to have been there to protest the president’s new pension reform.
However, the organizer claims that over two million people must have participated.
Subway traffic was stopped and several flights were forced to be cancelled. Several schools were also closed.
Protests also erupted in Nantes, where demonstrators clashed with police and tear gas was used to disperse the crowd.

John Cleese will record a new version of the popular series “Pang i bygt” together with his daughter Camilla Cleese, the written TT.
“Pang i bygt”, or “Fawlty towers”, which is the original name of the series, was broadcast in two seasons of six episodes each in 1975 and 1979. The original was written by John Cleese and Connie Booth. The idea came from Cleese’s own stay at a hotel in an English seaside town.

Woman dead – car overturned
A woman has died after a single vehicle accident in Arvika.
The car overturned and landed on its roof, according to the police.
The woman died from her injuries. Next of kin have been notified.
The death toll rises after the earthquake
The death toll rises after the powerful earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria. Over 7,200 people have died, writes British Sky News.
In Turkey, over 5,000 people have died, according to the country’s health minister.
A rescue team from the UK, among others, landed in the Turkish city of Gaziantep, near the epicenter of the earthquake.
Search and rescue efforts continue down on site. The first 72 hours have been described as “critical” for the rescue efforts. The head of the World Health Organization, WHO, described it as “a battle against the clock”.

Zoom kicks 1,300
The tech giant, which became famous during the pandemic for its platform for online conversations, is laying off 1,300 employees, equivalent to 15 percent of the workforce. The company announced this in a blog post on its website.
The company’s CEO Eric Yuan laments that they have to reduce the workforce and ends the blog post with.

Sweden donates 30 million after the earthquake
Sweden will donate an additional SEK 30 million to Turkey and Syria after the earthquake, the government announced at a press conference.
In addition, tents, beds, dry food and generators will be sent.
In the longer term, they also plan to organize 1,000 emergency accommodation, says Carl Oskar Bohlin, Minister for Civil Defence.
Sweden announced on Monday that it is donating seven million kroner in support after the earthquake. Five million to Turkey and two to Syria.

The bank: Housing prices may turn around in the spring
“In our forecast, we believe that prices will bottom out in the spring and that it may then turn upwards again”.
This is stated by Mikael Inglander, CEO of SBAB, in an interview with SvD.
According to the bank’s index, prices have fallen by 15 percent on average throughout Sweden. The forecast shows that prices will fall a little more before it turns around.
However, Mikael Inglander warns that it is difficult to be precise and refers to an uncertain global situation.

In an interview with DN in December, Annie Lööf said that she wants to continue working with social change, perhaps in equality, diversity or green transition. But first she will take it easy for a few weeks and be with her family.
Politicians do not receive severance pay. However, the Riksdag has a special income guarantee after a member resigns or is dismissed. It lasts up to 15 years.
