(Finance) – In the ambit of thetender offer (OPA) compulsory totalitarian promoted by Femto Technologies on the ordinary shares of First Industries, it appears that today, 6 February 2023, 56,619 applications for membership have been presented. Therefore, overall there are 229,027 requests for membership, equal to 5.56% of the offer.
The offer began on January 30, 2023 and will end on February 22, 2023.
