Demirok does not want to choose between Kristersson and Andersson

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

Last Thursday, Muharrem Demirok was elected party leader of the Center Party. In connection with the 2022 election, his representative Annie Lööf took a clear position because she wanted to see the Social Democrats’ party leader Magdalena Andersson in the prime minister’s post, in order to shut out the Sweden Democrats. But Demirok does not want to take a stand.

– We are so far away from an election campaign. The Center Party is currently in a position where we have the luxury of not having to choose, says Muharrem Demirok.

The center leader believes that a lot can happen in politics until the next parliamentary election.

– When we step into the next election campaign, we don’t know what the game plan looks like, he says.
