The police found several suspicious objects during a house search in a villa in Upplands Bro on Saturday morning. A man has been arrested on suspicion of preparing for public destruction.
– There is an ongoing operation and the home has been evacuated, says Annika Collin, press officer at the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The police bomb squad is currently carrying out a technical examination of the building.
An arrested
At the moment, neither the police nor the prosecutor want to say what kind of object it is. They also do not want to go into the age of the person arrested.
– The suspect will be heard, says Annika Collin.
