Today, Xur, Destiny 2’s tentacle-faced Exo vendor, returns. He will bring you old exotics that may be missing that you can buy with in-game currency. Since it changes its location and what it offers every week, we can reliably tell you where to find it.
What happened in Destiny 2 this week? The impending fall of the light is getting closer and Bungie is preparing its guardians piece by piece for the upcoming content of the new DLC.
Until the release of Lightfall on February 28th, players will expect even more information, which we will then present to you exclusively on MeinMMO. As new details are released, be sure to check out our Destiny 2 Lightfall Info Hub.
All in all, from what we know so far, there will be 3 new armor exos for Destiny 2: Lightfall, an exotic glaive and of course other worthwhile guns:
All information about Xur on February 03, 2023 – PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S
When is Xur coming? The Exotic Vendor visits Destiny 2 every Friday at 6 p.m. Everyone who still has gaps in their Exo collection expects it then, because it is the easiest way to get Exos. It only costs you a one-way flight and some material as a means of payment.
Where is Xur located? This is his camp for the weekend
The position of Xur: Even if Xur only actively uses a few location positions, no keeper knows before 6 p.m. where he will land.
Xur is in the European Dead Zone this weekend. Visit him there in the Winding Cove landing zone.
Xur’s inventory from 03. – 07.02. – All exotics at a glance
What does Xur offer? Every class, i.e. Warlocks, Hunters and Titans, can shop at Xur. It also doesn’t matter if you’re new to the game or experienced Guardians. Xur’s exotic shopping paradise is open to everyone and you can even have a nice chat with him for free.
This is Xur’s offer this week:
Weapon: Lord of the Wolves – Solar Shotgun for 29 Legendary Shards
Titanium: Doomfang Shoulderplate – Void armguards for 23 Legendary Shards
Hunter: Raiju’s Armor – Arc chest armor for 23 Legendary Shards
Warlock: Fellwinter’s Helm – Empty Headgear for 23 Legendary Shards
Legendary Armor Set: This week, Xur is selling the “Folk of Light” set. A set that always had good stats – so take a closer look at the distributions.
As always, Nexxoss Gaming gives you his personal assessment of Xur’s offer – so click in:
Xur also sells legendary items and each week offers unique rolls for exotics from obsolete exotic missions from past DLCs. Note, however: You can only buy the weapons if you also have the appropriate extension.
He currently has these two weapons on offer:
The weapons cost: These two Exotics cost 1 Ascendant Fragment, 1 Exotic Code, 125,000 Glimmer, and 200 Legendary Fragments respectively.
Xur always has this with him: You can always get an Exotic Engram for 97 Legendary Shards from Xur, as well as the weekly quest to get an Exotic Code.
If you’re short on money with legendary shards – there are currently an extra number of shards to get.
Iron Wolves equip a bubble
“Fortress” isn’t over yet. Lord Saladin is upping the ante again this weekend and calling for the Iron Banner. Many Guardians have already met his challenge. They now only hunt the Prestige shader Iron Countershade for its unique look.
Destiny 2: Players love a Prestige Reward – But it takes 12 hours to get it
There will also be a change to Iron Banner in Season 20.
However, if you prefer to hunt weapons and armor instead of shaders, it’s also worth a detour. As is known, good armor values like to drop in the Iron Banner. And the weapons are not to be scoffed at either.
All Iron Banner weapons have a root perk: Sneaking Wolf grants improved radar on low health and kills from this weapon against Guardians, removing you from enemy radar.
When does Iron Banner officially end? Lord Saladin’s PvP activities will end with the Weekly Reset on February 7th at 18:00. This is also the departure date from Xur.
Do you stop by Xur? And what was your favorite Iron Banner mode of the Witch Queen year? Eruption, Rift or Fortress? Feel free to tell us in the comments.
