(Finance) – Companies active in recycling, represented by Assorimapthey express theirs appreciation for refinancing in the Budget Law of tax credit for the purchase of recycled materials.
“It is a useful incentive, which however can be accompanied by new interventions to support the secondary raw materials (MPS) market”, says the association, adding “we hope that the Government will continue in this direction, continuing to support businesses of the recycling mechanism of plastic, which form the heart of the circular economy”.
“A useful and functional measure – it is stated – could reside in the introduction of a facilitated taxation, with VAT below 5%, on the sale of secondary raw materials and products made with recycled materials. A tax lever that would prove to be a fundamental tool in support of the sector and which would guarantee new lifeblood to those who work in the recycling sector”.
