The neighbors in an apartment building in Hudiksvall are tormented by what they perceive as more or less open drug dealing in and around the property. Despite the fact that they repeatedly raised the alarm to the housing company, nothing seems to happen.
– The smell of smoke, hashish smoke, when it starts to enter the living room, then something is not right, says one of the neighbors.
