Brandon Tsay, 26, stopped the shooter who killed eleven people in a dance studio in Monterey park, near Los Angeles in the United States.
The 26-year-old managed to disarm the perpetrator in a melee, and stopped the crime.
– I plucked up courage and lunged at him with both hands, grabbed the weapon and we had a fight, says the hero.
Now Tsay has been called by Joe Biden.
– I don’t think you understand how much you have done for so many, who will never even know you, Joe Biden said to the hero.
