Province of Utrecht – Trade union FNV has filed a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) against the municipalities of Nieuwegein, Houten, IJsselstein, Lopik and Veenendaal. Until June last year, these five municipalities used a so-called fraud score card when applying for benefits to prevent benefit fraud.
