Ubisoft cancels another project

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

Ubisoft, which first canceled three games and then postponed Skull and Bones, canceled another project. RIP Project Q.

Ubisoft, which canceled three games last week, then postponed Skull and Bones once again. Announcing that it has just canceled Project Q, the company states that it has taken these decisions in order to generate resources for other projects.

Ubisoft cancels Project Q

Eurogamer“We can confirm that we will no longer support the development of Project Q to focus on priority projects where our teams are reallocated,” a Ubisoft spokesperson told the site’s editor.

It is not yet clear which project the Project Q team will be transferred to or whether they will be terminated. However, it is thought that the company, which has not been able to achieve successful sales in my recent productions, will shift its team to a big project to get rid of this.

It was said that the project, which was shared with a colorful concept image last year, “is not a war game” and will instead “contain various PVP modes”. Although it is still in the initial stages of construction, the fact that a work that took more than a year at least was put aside shows that the company can take similar steps for other projects.
