(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Doxeea company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the offer of products in the Customer Communications Management (CCM), Digital Customer Experience and Paperless fields, has signed a investment agreement with Simest (company of the CDP group) for support internationalization of Doxee and, in particular, of its Austrian subsidiary Doxee CEE.
Simest will act, upon the occurrence of certain conditions, both in the capacity of lender (up to a maximum of 2 million euros), both of partner (up to a maximum of 2 million euro), through the entry, with a minority stake, in the share capital of the Austrian company Doxee CEE, subject to the transfer, which took place today, from Doxee to Doxee CEE, of the stake representing 90% of the share capital of Infinica.

The agreement provides for the subscription by Simest, both on its own behalf and through the Venture Capital Fund (FVC), of a capital increase of a total of 2 million to acquire the 42% of the share capital of Doxee EEC and granting a own financing up to 1 million (6-year term, 18-month grace period, 4-year IRS rate + 2.30% spread), as well as a financing through the Fund of Venture Capital of the same amount and with the same characteristics, but with a fixed rate of 1.25%.
