The train of success continues for William Nylander in the NHL.
Yesterday he accounted for three new points and thus reached the milestone of 50 points this season.
The Swede put the equalizing puck in a bit into the third period – and he did it with a somewhat unexpected body part.
William Nylander is the name on everyone’s lips, perhaps especially if you’re rooting for the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Swede is having a great season so far in the NHL, and in tonight’s meeting with the Florida Panthers, the success of the 26-year-old forward continued.
Big success
The Toronto Maple Leafs are going strong in the league, much because of William Nylander’s big scoring production. The Swede has so far this season accounted for 24 goals and 26 assists, and the points in the night’s battle meant that he is now up to 50 points scored this season.

And with 24 goals to date, his personal goalscoring record looks set to fly the world’s way, especially considering it’s still only January.
In the night’s meeting, he first assisted Austin Matthews goal, before he would take matters into his own hands and ensure that his “Leafs” left the meeting as winners.

Unexpected move
The acknowledgment up to 4-4 was a very special goal. Nylander was parked in front of Florida’s box, and after a goalie rebound, he decided to bring out his inner soccer player as he headed the puck into the goal.

The match went to extra time, and once there Nylander took out his magic wand again. With a beautiful solo raid, he decided the game and completed the turnaround for his Toronto.
