- Your first and last name
- Your address
- Your blood group
- Your allergies
- Your current medications
- If you are an organ donor
- Your health problems (chronic illnesses, etc.)
- A contact to call in case of emergency (this can also allow to be contacted if someone finds a lost phone)
On which application can you find your medical file?
The medical form to be completed does not require downloading an application. She is directly present on your smartphone in the basic configurations. via the lock screen, then on emergency call keypadthen tapping “Emergency information”.
→ Go to phone lock screen
→ Tap the settings icon (a cog, usually located at the bottom right of the screen)
→ Press Emergency call (located at the bottom left of the screen)
→ Press Information in case of emergency, in the center of the screen
→ Press Add
→ Fill in the personal, medical and emergency numbers information. They are directly recorded once typed.
→ Go to iOS Health app present in the basic configuration of your smartphone (no application to download is necessary)
→ Touch the icon of your photo at the top right of the screen
→ Select the “Medical file” tab
→ Press start or edit personal information (on iPhone, it is possible to enter height and weight)
→ At the end of the operation, press “OK”
Next, the Medical ID can be viewed when iPhone is locked by tapping Emergencies > Medical ID
