According to Heléne Rådemar, it is important to know how to take care of yourself and others in the event of a crisis.
The influx to both voluntary organizations and the Home Guard has increased significantly after February 24 last year, when Russia invaded Ukraine. Although the development of events in itself is worrying, Heléne Rådemar sees positively that the interest in getting involved has increased.
– It’s absolutely fantastic. We welcome every single individual. In doing so, we show that we have a very strong will to defend in Sweden and that is what builds resilience in a society, says Heléne Rådemar and continues:
