The shoe trade fared even worse. There, sales plummeted 7.4 percentage points.
The bad numbers are worrying, according to Sofia Larsen, who now puts her hope in tax deferrals and electricity subsidies.
“Regarding the latter, however, we are clear that notification of when any compensation can be paid must happen as soon as possible. Many traders cannot wait much longer,” she says.
