“When we arrived at the scene, it emerged that one or more perpetrators had fired shots inside the station,” says police spokesperson Per Fahlström.
No injured person has been found. The station is cordoned off for technical examination and trains will not stop there while it is carried out. Witnesses have been interviewed and the police will, among other things, review surveillance footage.
