What time does the season start? Season 13 starts between 03:00 and 05:00 German time. From then on you can get started. The start time was confirmed by Riot Games’ Gandolphin on Discord (via Twitter).

There are numerous changes for the jungle role again. Junglers get an AI companion at launch, jungle monsters have new aggro zones, and other changes have been made to make it easier for newcomers to get into the role.

What happens to the rank? As in all previous seasons, the rank of all players will be reset at the start. However, not completely, a so-called “soft reset” takes place. This means that you will only lose part of your current rank. This prevents high and low ranked players from being matched at the start of the new season and still having to work their way back up the rankings.
