Brantford police are seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects in separate store robberies.
On Dec. 29, at about 6 pm, a man with a knife entered a Pearl Street store and demanded cash. He fled on foot after receiving cigarettes and cash.
Police said the store employee was not injured.
The suspect is described as white, in his 60s and between five-foot-10 and six feet in height. He was wearing a black balaclava, green hooded sweatshirt, grey/black two-tone jacket with a gray stripe, and brown shoes.
On Dec. 30, a Conklin Road store was robbed.
Police said they are looking for a white male, who was wearing a white face mask, black winter coat, black tuque and goggles and gray jeans.
The suspect was unsuccessful in his demand for cash but fled with cigarettes and merchandise, said police
The suspect was seen riding away on a bicycle headed toward Blackburn Driver.

Boy, 13, threatened with knife
A 13-year-old girls is charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, assault with a weapon and possession of weapon for dangerous purpose after Brantford police called on Dec. 29 to Wayne Gretzky Parkway and Lynden Road.
Police said there was an altercation between a group of girls and a group of boys during which a 13-year-old boy was threatened with a pocket knife.
A suspect left the scene but was arrested nearby.
Boy, 15, charged
A 15-year-old boy is charged with possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose and being intoxicated in a public place after Brantford police were alerted on Dec. 27 to a person seen yelling and waving a machete while walking in the area of Byrne Street .
Officers arrested the suspect at West Street and Morton Avenue.
A machete was recovered after a brief search of the area.
Man faces drug loads
A 42-year-old Brantford man is facing charges after police received information that a suspect wanted for an aggravated assault was seen in a parking lot at West and Fairview streets on Dec. 22.
He is charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and three counts each of break, enter a place – commit an indictable offense and possession of stolen goods under $5,000.
Police said they seized 22.4 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, 13.3 grams of a suspected psilocybin, a digital scale, a quantity of Canadian currency and a large quantity of stolen lottery tickets.
The man is been charged in relation to three break-ins in December when storefront windows were smashed and lottery tickets taken from retailers on Lynden Road and Colborne and Stanley streets.
Man threatened
A 19-year-old Brantford man has been charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm after police were called to a Nelson Street home on Jan. 1. Police said a man was threatened with stabbing.
RIDE load
A Brantford police RIDE program on New Year’s Eve resulted in impaired driving charges for a 29-year-old Brantford man. Officers on West Street, just south of Edmondson, stopped a speeding vehicle without its headlights on.
Unpaired
A 35-year-old Brantford man is charged with operating a vehicle while impaired after police responded to a report of a driver asleep in a vehicle on Melrose Place on Dec. 31.
The male driver and a female passenger were awakened by officers, who said drug paraphernalia was in clear view.
No driver’s license
A 38-year-old Brantford man is faces charges after police saw a vehicle swerve and hit a curb on Dec. 26 in the area of Colborne and Alfred streets. The man is charged with having a blood-alcohol concentration above the legal limit, operation while prohibited and driving a vehicle without a driver’s licence.

A 21-year-old Hagersville woman has been charged with impaired driving after Brantford police were alerted on Dec. 26 to a possible impaired driver near Wellington and Rawdon streets.

Brantford police received a call about a possible impaired driver on Wadsworth Street on Dec. 21. Officers found the vehicle running and the male driver asleep behind the wheel. A 31-year-old Paris man is charged with operation while impaired.
Multiple loads
A 30-year-old Brantford man faces multiple charges following a collision on Dec. 21 at Colborne Street East and Robinson Road. The man is charged with impaired operation, obstructing a peace officer, disobeying a court order, two counts of breach of probation and four counts of operation while prohibited.
