2022 was not a great year for the brokers – but now the trend may be about to turn.
– Now we see the start of 2023 with some positive winds, says Thobias Green, office manager at the Real Estate Agency in Karlstad, which this weekend is showing around 100 homes.
At the turn of the year, the rules for the sale of condominiums were tightened. The brokers must be clearer about the association’s indebtedness and the associations themselves must report key figures. The bank SBAB predicts that less well-managed associations may take a hit, reports TT i Värmlands Folkblad.
