The game has just passed the milestone of 5 million units sold, i.e. 2 million more since the figures we obtained in October 2020. We are still far from the 9.3 million of Resident Evil 2 Remake which had managed to sell 9.3 million copies, while Resident Evil 7 remains the best performance of the series after its 10.6 million games sold. Anyway, Resident Evil is still a safe bet with players.
