Norfolk County is holding a student job fair at the Simcoe Recreation Center on Saturday (Jan. 7).
The job fair runs from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and is an opportunity for students 15 and older to meet county staff to learn more about job opportunities.
A laptop computer will be available to allow online application to be submitted.
“We’re very excited to meet the next generation of Norfolk County staff members,” Katy Leeder, human resources associate, said in a statement. “Many of our students come back year after year because they love the work and their co-workers.”
The county is looking to hire camp leaders, marina workers, lifeguards and building attendants.
