One doctor said 70 percent of Shanghai’s 25 million residents may have been infected.

Chen Erzhen, vice president of Ruijin Hospital and a member of Shanghai’s Kovid-19 Expert Advisory Panel, evaluated that 70 percent of 25 million people in the city may have caught Kovid-19.
Images from a hospital in Shanghai also revealed the seriousness of the situation. In the images, it was seen that while there was no place to take a step inside the hospital, some patients were kept outside the hospital.
Health officials said that there was an increase in critical cases and deaths, while the increase was at the same level as in other countries.
