Can you catch Shiny Alola Sandan? Yes, the shiny version of Sandan’s Alola form is already active in Pokémon GO. If you’re lucky, you can catch one at Spotlight Hour. However, the chances of this are not increased at the event.
Is today’s spotlight worth it? The event is mainly worthwhile today if you want to use the development bonus and get a lot of experience points for it. Alolan Sandan is a frequent presence at events in Pokémon GO, so it’s no longer a special catch.
