The frequency of showering varies from person to person. Some do not sweat even if they do not take a shower for days, while others feel dirty during the day after taking a shower in the morning. Some parts that are skipped while taking a shower can threaten health. Posting informative videos on his TikTok account, Dr. Jen Caudle recently shared a video showing the Top 5 areas that people don’t wash enough, starting with the belly button.
1- BELL HOLE
The video, which has more than 1 million views, said, “It’s true, a lot of guys don’t wash their belly button at all.
Guys, it’s getting nasty! Please wash your belly button,” he warned.
He then tells his followers about the next body area they haven’t washed nearly enough, their ears. “The top of the ear, the earlobe and back,” he explains. “I want you to wash that area specifically. If you rub your ear, you’ll smell it, and it’s disgusting if you haven’t washed it recently,” she continues.
3- NAIL BETWEEN
Then he points his finger at people who don’t wash their nails properly. “This is where a lot of dirt gets stuck,” he explains. “We don’t think about it often!”
4-LEGS
The fourth thing he can’t stand is people not washing their legs. “Yes, you actually need to wash your legs,” she says. “I’m not talking about soap running down your legs in the shower, I’m talking about bathing!”
