The truck skidded, overturned and dragged both a pole and some power lines with it in the fall. Four to five passenger cars have also collided.
– We have not helped any injured. As it is right now, we assist the ambulance and the Swedish Transport Administration with what we can do, check so we don’t have any diesel leaks or the like, says Per Johansson, line operator at the rescue service in Greater Stockholm.
The accident has a very large impact on traffic. The cars must be recovered, and according to the emergency services, it will take a few hours before they can start opening up the E4 in the direction of Uppsala again.
– If you want to go north, you should take another route, it’s a complete stop and will probably be like that for about an hour, says Per Johansson.
