Six people were arrested after a suspected murder of a person in Skutskär outside Gävle.

During the day, four of those arrested were released and the other two were detained. Now the Public Prosecutor’s Office announces that the arrest for the two people is lifted.

The suspicions remain, according to the prosecutor.

On Christmas Eve, a man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of murder.

This after his partner, a 55-year-old woman, was found dead in an apartment on Sorgenfri in Malmö.

On Tuesday, the man was reasonably suspected of murder, the lower level of suspicion. He denies wrongdoing.

Now he has been released at large.
