The man forced the 14-year-old girl to perform oral sex. Now he is sentenced to prison for one year and two months for rape of children, reports SVT Nyheter Småland.
The man, who is in his 20s, and the then 14-year-old girl connected on Snapchat. They first met at the girl’s house.
When they were in the girl’s room to watch a movie, the man said he wanted her to give oral sex. The girl said no, but the man forced her to perform the act. The man has admitted the incident in questioning, but states that he did not know that the girl was a minor and that she did not say no to sex.
However, the Kalmar District Court considers that the man reasonably knew that the girl was a minor. He is sentenced to one year and two months in prison for child rape.
