Sweden Democrat Richard Jomshof has received strong criticism after tweeting about the district court verdict that acquitted eleven men charged with violent rioting after Paludan’s Koran burning in Rinkeby.
Since Jomshof is chairman of the Riksdag’s justice committee, it is inappropriate for him to criticize an individual judgment, especially a district court judgment that will likely be appealed, say critics.
– I don’t think you should comment on individual judgments in that way, says Ebba Busch, Minister of Business and Energy (KD).
