The police were called to an address in Borås on Friday morning and found a 45-year-old man who had been stabbed in the stomach with a stabbing weapon. The man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The crime scene is cordoned off for technical examination and an investigation into attempted murder or manslaughter has been launched.
