In 2022, which we are getting ready to leave behind, many different negative factors have emerged in the automotive world. The supply crisis, the effects of the pandemic and the disruptions in logistics have put manufacturers in difficulties in places. As we approach to get the general picture of the market, the European-based sales of November also showed themselves. In the table where we see that the share of electric vehicle sales has increased significantly, it is noteworthy that overall sales increased by 17 percent compared to the previous year. In the table that includes 27 EU countries in total, we see that more than 1 million sales were recorded in November. Last year, this figure was around 800,000. In November 2022, when electric vehicles sold 30 percent more, gasoline vehicles were the owner of the largest slice with a 53 percent share. Diesel vehicle share, on the other hand, has declined to 16 percent.
