Partly there are reports that some kind of explosion occurred in central Farsta, almost at the same time there were reports of explosions in Gubbängen, a couple of kilometers away.
In Farsta, people on the spot state that there was some kind of explosion at a residential building. The police have cordoned off a large area. There is currently no information that anyone was injured in connection with the suspected explosion.
– There are huge roadblocks. There are a lot of police, ambulances and fire engines. There has been some kind of explosion, says an informant to SVT.

Large roadblocks in Gubbängen
A few kilometers away, in Gubbängen, someone is said to have opened fire with a weapon, according to early and unconfirmed information from the scene. There are also large police cordons.
In the same area, there was also a shooting on Wednesday morning.
Late on Tuesday evening there was an explosion at an apartment building in Enskededalen, also in southern Stockholm. According to information, someone had thrown a hand grenade into a stairwell.
