(Finance) – It is meeting today the shareholders’ meeting Of Juventus for the approval of the financial statements as at 30 June 2022. Attention will also be paid to the legal events that have affected the club in recent months.
Meanwhile, with reference to the meeting to be held on 18 January 2023, Exor (holder of a stake equal to 63.8% of the share capital) filed a list of candidates for appointment to the board of directors. Those designated to join the BoD are: Fioranna Vittoria Negri (independent); Maurizio Scanavino; Gianluca Ferrero; Diego Pistone; Laura Cappiello (independent).
