Both developed a passion for the harp at an early age. With Saskia it was immediately the only love: “Actually, I’ve had the harp with me all my life, that’s how it feels a bit. I had to take piano lessons with my grandmother, but I already wanted the harp. When I was 10 I got eventually harp. Harp has always been in my life. I am especially someone of the harmonies, I like chords, I also love melodies, but the harmony, but then also as they are made by a harp, that sound, that continues to be great.”
