A 38-year-old Brant County man is facing impaired driving charges after Brant OPP conducted a RIDE program in the Burford area.
The man is charged with having a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and impaired operation.
Police said he was stopped at about 10:15 pm on Dec. 16 at Maple Grove Road and King Street North.
“As we are well into celebrating this holiday season, we remind everyone to plan ahead and have a designated driver.” said Brant OPP Staff Sgt. Jason McTaggart.
“Everyone must do their part in keeping our roads safe this festive season.
