A study was conducted in Israel on the treatment of stroke with spinal cord tissue transplantation. In this study, promising results were obtained for chronic paralysis patients.
In a written statement from Tel Aviv University, it was stated that the research was carried out at the Sagol Center for Renewable Biotechnology.

In the statement, it was stated that the scientists applied the spinal cord tissue that they produced in the laboratory from human tissue samples and cells to mice with chronic paralysis, achieved 12 successes in 15, and the tissue-applied mice were able to walk.
It was shared that the mice were divided into two groups in the experiments, 100 percent success was achieved in those who were paralyzed recently, while 80 percent success was achieved in those who were paralyzed for a long time.
It was stated that the scientists talked to the US Pharmaceuticals and Food Federation, that human trials could be started in less than 3 years, and this study could be hope for people with chronic paralysis.
