The year 2022 is slowly ending, but on the side of publishers and manufacturers, we are already focused on 2023 and the products that will arrive in the coming months. At Sony Interactive Entertainment, we are working to ensure that the launch of the PlayStation VR 2 takes place in the best possible conditions, especially in these times when virtual reality no longer interests many people, let alone the general public. Also, to give a boost to communication around the helmet, the Japanese manufacturer will offer a conference dedicated to its new accessory at CES 2023 in Las Vegas. The appointment is already given, since the keynote will take place on January 4 at 5 p.m. PT, i.e. January 5 at 1 a.m. French time. We imagine that the helmet will be officially unveiled, that games will be presented and that details will be given, perhaps at the level of packs and prices. We also recall that the PlayStation VR 2 will be launched on February 22, 2023 at a price of € 599.99 and will be delivered with the PS VR 2 Sense controllers and a stereo headset. There’s also a €649.99 bundle, including a PlayStation Store purchase code for the Horizon Call of the Mountain game.
