Ford’s new electric crossover, whose first messages were given at the event held in Germany, will stand out with its terrain accents.
Ford, which is preparing to make a serious breakthrough on the electricity side by 2023, will enter into a transformation by adding completely new faces to its product range. After the removal of Focus and Fiesta from its product range, the American manufacturer, which tends to turn more towards Crossover and SUV, will see nine new electric vehicles as of 2024, along with commercial models. Reiterating its goals as part of a special event recently, the brand shared clues about the crossover model with a completely new character for the first time. The model shared by Martin Sander, who is responsible for the electricity conversion in Europe, in a single frame pose, gives the message that it will have adventurous lines.

Expressing that they are looking forward to the introduction of the model, which will be produced in Cologne, Sander has not gone into technical details too much for now. Land emphasis on the body draws attention in the small details of the model, which Ford refers to as “Medium size crossover” in its electrical planning announced last March. The daytime running lights of the model, where we see that the wheels are also specially designed with a focus on efficiency, will be in the form of “L”. We will have to wait a little longer for the technical details of the model, which we expect to rival the Jeep Avenger. In addition to this vehicle, the Puma EV to be produced by Otosan will also be included in the family. This will be an alternative to models such as Opel Mokka Electric and Peugeot e-2008. If the Ford front achieves the targets it expects in production, it expects sales of 600,000 electric vehicles by 2026.
