The electric product range Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6 continues to bring new members to its award collection.
The Hyundai Ioniq brand, which has recently received awards in Japan and America, continues to stand the test in different regions and evaluations. Finally, 3 different awards were given to the family by AUTOBEST, one of the most important organizations in Europe. IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 models, which attract attention with their design, received full points from the jury of 31 automobile journalists with their superior handling features and price tags as well as being electric. Within the scope of the evaluations, Ioniq 6 was selected as AUTOBEST ECOBEST 2023 (Electric Car of the Year), while IONIQ 5 completed the AUTOBEST ECOBEST Challenge 2022 with the first place and won the title of Fastest Charging Electric Model.

Hyundai’s new generation product range is built on the E-GMP platform, which also shaped the brand within itself. Getting ready to hit the road, Ioniq 6 offers a 77.4 kWh battery. With the new generation battery technology developed, a consumption of 13.9 kWh per 100 kilometers is promised. Hyundai’s new electric vehicle travels 614 km on a single charge and is the top in BEV vehicles. In addition, the IONIQ 6 is one of the most efficient models with an ultra-low coefficient of friction of 0.21cd. AUTOBEST also determined the IONIQ 5 as the champion in the ECOBEST Challenge 2022, an independent real traffic test of mainstream EVs. In the 350kw DC fast charge test, where all vehicles charge their battery capacities from 20 percent to 80 percent, the IONIQ 5 achieved the fastest time.
